Our friends from Western Collective in Idaho invited us out to take part in their Best of the West collab series, and we brewed up a big, aromatic double IPA. We brought some Eclipse hops from Australia and added them to a blend of Citra and Nelson Sauvin creating massive flavors of grapefruit, passionfruit and dank.
