We didn’t become a Certified B Corp to look good in a press release. We did it because we spend a lot of time outside, love great beer made with damn good ingredients, and surround ourselves with good people who feel good.
It’s how we live, play, and party—with intention. A beer in one hand, and an eye on our friends, our community, the mountains, the wildlife, and the dark skies we’re all here to protect.
Don't hate, Party. That means going big on flavor and impact. Born in the Tetons, built on adventure, and fueled by chaos—we were never meant to sit still. We put our beer in cans because we were made to move—on skis, bikes, snowmobiles, or barefoot through the mud.
We live loud, brew hard, and give a damn. Becoming a B Corp wasn’t political, or performative—it pushed us to raise the bar and back up the party with purpose. And we’re all in.
B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest social and environmental performance standards, accountability, and transparency. As a Certified B Corp, we've proven we care about our people, community, vendors, and this wild planet we get to brew on.
It's third-party verification that we're not ruining the environment, being dopes to our colleagues, or selling out. That our beer doesn't suck, won't wreck the planet, and is part of something better.
Because we're not just brewing beer—we're shaking shit up. Being a B Corp means we're not just talking the talk. We're walking it, stomping it, and throwing a damn party while we're at it. You know we like to party. But you might not know we follow the real rules with actual people checking in on us. We're out here proving that you can care about the planet, people, and music and still brewing beer that slaps. Yeah, we're kinda a medium deal.
So, if you like tasty beer and want to avoid wrecking the place for future generations, cool.
We're with you.
Respect - For Yourself and Others
Respect means being honest and direct, and we know that includes embracing healthy conflict. Because disagreement is inevitable in any mutually respectful relationship, the key is navigating it productively. We speak up and address issues directly.
Kaizen | Continuous Improvement - Every person, every product, every day.
We're not afraid to admit when something isn't working. Resistance is natural, but it's also a sign that progress is happening. If nothing changes, nothing will change. We're willing to take risks, challenge the status quo, and improve everything we touch.
Trust - In Ourselves, Our Leaders, Our Process
Real trust takes time, but it also starts with a mindset. We give each other the benefit of the doubt. We trust each other to show up, follow through, and support the process.
Sustainability - For Our People, Process, and Product
We're playing the long game. That means not being wasteful, taking care of the planet, each other, ourselves, low turnover, engaged teams, efficient systems, and products that stand the test of time. Sustainability isn't just about materials—it's about momentum.
Pride - In Who We Are and What We Do
We're proud of our people, products, and the weird, wild, kickass experiences we deliver. We work hard, and we know our work matters. That effort comes with a real sense of accomplishment.
Pure Madness - Fun
We take our work seriously—but not ourselves. We enjoy what we do and who we do it with. We show up for each other inside and outside work, from projects to parties. We chase big ideas, tackle weird challenges, and make time to laugh along the way.
